Students are to purchase new supplies every 9 weeks.

Withdrawals
If your child is not returning to C.H.T.A., withdrawal forms are available via email request. Please note that your account MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE ANY RECORDS ARE RELEASED! The best method for withdrawal parents that have already moved and cleared their accounts, is to have the child's new school send a record request via email to [email protected]

New Students (COVID-19 / Monkeypox) Waiver
Due to COVID-19 & MonkeyPox, ALL registration for new students will be available online. Parents may drop off or email forms every Tuesday from
12pm-3pm. Please make sure all required documents are provided. THE FOLLOWING COVID-19/MonkeyPox WAIVER IS MANDATORY UPON ENROLLMENT FOR BOTH NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS!
